I get the sense that this new UMass football coach is kind of a true believer obsessive psychopath, which is really the only thing that works at UMass. Functionally, for it to work, Ryan will have to work for him, not the other way around. Need Bamford to clear the bureacratic hurdles for him.

Here’s how Thanksgiving went down at UMass… Practice in the AM. Then we’d go to Travis Ford’s house where the coaches’ families would serve us Thanksgiving dinner. We’d usually sneak Grey Goose from a gigantic 3’ bottle T Ford had in his basement. Then Bud heavies with our apt complex grounds crew.
