let me strongly recommend the flu shot to whoever hasn't gotten one for this season. i just had a *terrible* bout with the flu that almost certainly would have been WAY worse had i not been vaccinated

THE BRUTALIST is probably an hour too long but that's mitigated by the very welcome 15-minute intermission. If Scorcese has swallowed his pride and done this for KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON he would have won most of the awards. That film needed an intermission badly & had a natural break to do so.
