the best line of treatment is insanely expensive, my case doesn't seem severe enough to qualify for the national program that covers the cost for some of the biologics, i have no clue what i'm supposed to do next since it's very hard to find competent doctors... dunno man, this sucks

yeah it's very frustrating, i have been doing all i could to manage the pain and discomfort to the best of my abilities but i'm sure things would've been so much better if i had proper treatment 3 years ago goddamn it 😤

i'm just pissed at doctors, as per usual... i could've had a proper diagnosis 3 years ago but they all decided to ignore my abdominal pain and call it cramping from IBS. oh WELL 😩

Colonoscopy prep and procedure was a breeze, unfortunately the results weren't all that great 🥹 there's a great possibility I do have IBD, specifically Crohn's... I've seen it coming for a few years now, so it doesn't necessarily surprise me, but it's still poopy, hope I'll have a clear picture soon

hormones are still whack but i am sooooo so close to having a full picture and a better diagnosis, cuz it's not just the regular ol' PCOS. and overall, i'm feeling much better physically. mentally tho, every day i don't hit the gym or go for a walk, the demonss are on my ass, but i'm glad smth works

i am still a bit pissed that i've been hitting the gym and eating a balanced, high protein diet for about 6 weeks now and there's no difference on the scale but there's minimal, yet visible changes in my body. loving the period bloating as well 🥴
