my loved one never stimmed, spoke years above their age from the jump, and to this day "appears" "normal". They walk on their toes, lose their cool if they forget to empty the dishwasher the second it's done and have zero sense of sarcasm. But they wouldn't pass the first 2 things at all. crazy.

100%. As a former Clinton dem, I'm now convinced that the Dem Party as it stands now needs to go away to be replaced by something less centrist, less beholden to the rich, much more progressive. If we do that & these GOP converts stay with us, I'll be shocked. But until then, welcome, welcome.

I don’t know if this is related but the smallest noise can sometimes make me so upset. Things a dog would have trouble hearing it seems sometimes. Like a siren going by I’ve acclimated to it. I hear it but recognize it as fleeting & am ok. But an overhead fan clicking, so faint but, it’s all I hear!

I started using YNAB & all the minutiae of it appeals to that other part of me but it’s also shiny & changing. It’s literally saved me from being unable to pay the bills figuring out where the moneys going. I still struggle to care about song 50$ vs 500$ but the lookback of YNAB helps temper it.

As a Leicester fan I know it all too well. We kept all our players one transfer window thinking we could get CL and take the big boys. Totally bankrupted us. Now we are looking at 12 points penalty in the championship next year after our 2nd relegation in 3 years.

I will say that the one thing Trump has exposed is how out of touch the mainline dems have become. I was so disappointed to see Booker is monetizing his speech with a book. Stuff like that makes me think they're only out for themselves.
