The subsidized parking crusaders at CCRA started a brand new c4 specifically to fight safety improvements and loading zones (which we should have more of everywhere) on Spruce & Pine. These selfish people have no shame. Thankfully, many people are not buying what they’re selling

Philadelphia has begun fining buildings in the Gayborhood for making home repairs not approved by the Historical Commission. Back in Sept. the commission overruled residents to create a new historic district over a large area. Now this building owner is being fined $300 for replacing a window:

Yesterday was the last of Center City District's Open Street days on Walnut St. I love how wholesome the energy has been every Sunday. Even on a chilly 40 degree day kids were playing in the streets and people were happily strolling.
