So, a new paint job, with an ‘ow!’ factor thrown in. Cool. Cool.

Still thinking about how that would work. Frozen paint? 🤔(This is hurting my head. I think the whole Ian Hanomansing thing has burnt some of my brain fuses!)

Oh my. This was a very bad ending to the show. O’Leary’s rant was a huge mistake. I kinda feel sorry for Ian now. Kinda.

I’m not saying fire the guy. But this is a low point for him. I hope he learns from it.

The level of arrogance from @ianhanomansing.bsky.social is astounding. My personal definition of arrogance is ‘willful ignorance’. We all tried to tell him why this was a terrible idea but he willfully disregarded all of it. Because he is so much more balanced and serious than all of us. Apparently.

Oh lord, if my next door neighbour had that up I’d have my house on the market, pronto! Although, it might be hard to sell. 🤔

@ianhanomansing is now saying it’s important hear from both sides of the issue. What issue? That Canada may not deserve it’s independence? The issue you have artificially manufactured for listens? Good lord!

I also noticed that Ian reads Canadian comments while the US audience is off the air for commercials or whatever. Can’t let our “American friends “ know how we really feel”!

So much for handling this “with care”.

My son applied for what looked like a typical scholarship, Energy Creates. Oh boy, it was Con brainwashing. I lodged a complaint but I doubt that went anywhere.

What was she like? I bet she was an extraordinary woman. 🙂

The point is that some things are so corrupt that we should not even be discussing them. We do not debate that things like pedophilia are bad, and we absolutely should not debate handing our country over to a foreign power.

To date, you have not handled this with any kind of care. So, no, we don’t trust that you can pull this off. No one could, as some things are so morally bankrupt, so clearly wrong, that there is no debate. Would you have a show that asked the question, “Is murder really all that bad?” I think not.

My first thought when reading this, in Homer Simpson’s voice - “Mmmm. Chocolate pretzels…”

Dear @ianhanomansing.bsky.social and cbc execs, framing this threat as a “proposal” is threatening in itself. You are aligning yourselves with traitors to our country. It is beyond shameful.

I get @ianhanomansing.bsky.social wants us to talk about it, because that’s what we’re all talking about. I object to how the question’s framing normalizes it. And morally-corrupt things, like TREASON, should never be normalized. Would he ask, “Is murder really all that bad?” No he would not!

Tsunami level waves at first. But they start to recede with time. And a little sleep. The only thing you can do today is just hold on tight.
