You mean the parking lot, cells, morgue, etc?
The safest bet is probably from the east side of the building. The corridor connecting with the watchman's room has some stairs leading to the basement! The corridors next to the press room wouldn't be barricaded, so it's easier to access from there

they clearly want to do a RE5 remake at some point but they can't make it without releasing something to introduce the original characters to new players.

One day i might open the RE6 box but I don't think many people be happy with my opinion JSJSJ. My hatred towards that game is STRONG.
