Not every episode of The Office (US) works and the problem with those episodes is almost entirely because this isn't calibrated right. The show is a high wire act.

My Oscar predictions: Best picture - Conclave Director - Brady Corbet Best actor - Adrien Brody Best actress - Mikey Madison I'm not expecting any clean sweeps. I think we're going to see a hodge podge. Also, I've been on the Conclave train since early Jan and haven't wavered.
