Or someone extra to play as a 10 and Amad main option at RWB until they are ready.

Haha very much so!

Ah right. Maybe change of plan but so good just to see him happy and flying

So good to see this. I’m sure G said a while back on his podcast he may target the Vuelta as his main race this year as it’s never normally a first choice for GC riders. Hope that’s true and would love to see him battling with Pogi and Jonas if can find his top level but great just to see him happy

Thanks, will take a look. My work are pretty supportive too so could be an option

Has it helped? I did three months and just didn’t feel was getting anywhere and lots of the Welsh mutations weren’t right

Especially with this bsky.app/profile/greg...

Yeah, in fact he’s the only Dutch one there. None of the PSV scorers are Dutch so flags are for the clubs, confused me too

Sorry didn’t mean to be dismissive, my fingers barely look any different and still turn white but don’t burn now, think being a little heavier meant my circulation just works a little better. I still get laughed at wearing gloves to go running in temperatures in double figures

I used to suffer horrendously especially in my toes but fingers too, so much so that they would feel like burning painfully and keep me up at night. No short term help sorry but I found getting fitter and putting on a bit of weight helped mine greatly.

Has anyone picked up deadlock?

Just listening to the latest pod and speaking as a Welshman I think the Chris Froome, yeah / no thing, is spending to much time with G, Luke Rowe and Dave Brailsford as that’s a very Welsh thing?! 😂

Totally agree, but to be fair the article is correct and this looks like an error by the copy editor / site editor who is responsible for posting in the CMS

Love it Justin, running I find is by far the best thing for my mental health never mind the great physical benefits too!

This, we’ve got to get more athletic across the whole team and looked it today

Bruno was unreal today and no surprise our worst game of season was against Newcastle when he wasn’t there but apparently he’s got to go.

I would argue Golf should be shooting a round in the 50’s

And another with the safety, really playing the hits today.

And again!

Still enjoying that Harry potter rewatch then. Now you live in GB you should come to Wales and go to the beach at Freshwater West and visit his grave

That’s makes sense, glad some of the others was good / ok. Just always a shame when you go out and it’s awful
comment in response to post
Is this somewhere you’ve been before that just got it wrong or first visit? Not asking you too but how do feel about naming places when things like this happen?

Definitely, I’m hoping Wales draw Switzerland to give us more of a chance and a little bit of revenge for our last play-off defeat 🤞

Mount made a difference, you can see why coaches like him, seems like one of few with a brain and can follow instructions. Just need him to stay fit

Spoilers 😂

I get his point but should you only be punished if game ends in a draw? Does their brand of cricket and entertainment not extend to ensuring spectators get full overs? And last week he didn’t care about WTC anyway 😂

Absolute puff piece this morning. Felt very much possibly client journalism too.

And they beat Liverpool and Arsenal at either end of it

Really shows how far fallen off. This sort of stat always reminds me of a record I think will never be beaten too Chelsea’s 15 conceded all season in the league in 04/05. As much as I hate them it’s incredible www.premierleague.com/stats/records

Especially when you contrast it with BBC new MotD Champions League show which is excellent and does seem to get the vibes right in such a short time

Serves them right for that players name font on their shirts.

Yeah Davidson was good as usual with Guardiola last night too

Did you see Murray Goodwin’s son with a hundred for WA in the Shield, another one to make me feel really old?
