The lack of attention to this is ridiculous. Starting goalie knocked out GM 1 & basically doesn't get mentioned in ongoing analysis of the series. Pure emotion versus logic from the media (I don't mean Omar) and zero attention span. Every game is "Leafs are same as always" or "Leafs breakthrough"

Didn't Knies, in great form, get knocked out entirely of the last Panthers series? And now Stolarz? Feels like we should criticize the Leafs extensively, but a little more attention on Florida's Dark Arts might also be warranted.

I very much agree, although I've also been thinking there's been really surprisingly little conversation about their current #1 goalie being (intentionally?) injured and missing the whole series basically. Game 3 could have looked real different, and then everything is different.
