German public TV just published this poll of first-time voters. A massive lead for socialist Left party on 27%.
Left + SPD + Greens on 54% among first-time-voters. Those voters were also slightly less likely to vote AfD than national average.
So much for the “far-right youth”.

I am not the person to write this since I'm not really versed in gender theory but its been my contention for a while that the Achilles heel of "traditional masculinity" is simply that men will talk a big game about being the patriarchs of their families but will betray their wives at the drop

There is a coalition to be built around these issues: for food security and affordable food, for rural jobs, and for a stable climate.

The climate denial right understand this and are making a very deliberate attempt to make farming a wedge issue.
But - to return to the first point - the sector that probably has more to lose than any other from climate change is farming. Already the impacts are significant.

We can't tackle climate and nature crises without changing how we farm. Which means burden of societal expectations falls onto a sector facing other pressures - with the potential for pushback if poorly handled.
