I looked at Blizzard's recent Warcraft 1 and 2 remasters and they're ok, but they didn't bother to fix the netcode at all. Warcraft 1 isn't even playable online. Sad.

Now if you still want to use your laptop, you can remote control your PC from it! Parsec works pretty well for that purpose, also Steam Link.
