I agree. Nearly there and worried why I have to burn my near silver years protesting about nonsense created by the idiots

Plus anytime your home is foreclosed, even when you have paid off 80% of the loan amount, banks take 50% of the original sale price, leaving you with a net loss of 30% and a little money after 24 years to chase a new home

Unfortunately we are so brainwashed that we don't even think through our long term value. Giving you an example - when someone buys a home, the banker sits there and advises you of value of 30 year loan and tax breaks you will get out of it. Never they tell that they get twice on interest

Likely won't, as too many investors have stake in the ground, But, most likely crypto will gain ground

Please send over quickly Boeing. Make sure it is as good as 737 Max when it was initially delivered

I beg to differ. This started with Regan. When you start chewing into education, you will have hollow pillars and the mansion will crumble with the lightest storm on the way

To be fair, there were signs of the attack months before it happened. When the taliban took down the Bamiyan Buddhas, I was worried if they will stop at that. That was their practice ground Hate to say but Dubya did the right thing by mobilizing allies to take them on www.nbcnews.com/video/flashb...

You are right here but we are risking ourselves due to animal farms where animals are packed in close quarters. Many of the virus(es) have hosts who don't get infected but once it jumps ship, it is a mathematical problem..

Thank you for bridging me. I feel agricultural farming puts not only our ecosystems at risk of pathogen outbursts but also increases our carbon footprint significantly. Recent studies show the total impact of animal farms exceed automobile operation w.r.t. carbon footprint :(

Yes, once in a while, as in about 1 in 8 times. The bastard had his head shoved into the rectum of orange blobpuppet for 10 years now (and will continue to do so)

Interesting thought on this one - similar position was taken for Saudi Arabia. We will keep ignoring the autocracy while bombing the hell out of Yemen

Rural hospitals, largely subsidized by taxes collected from urban centers, will be impacted most. Same may be the impact to rural telecommunications and internet connectivity. Rural folks will resort to unproven, unscientific methods of cure, health impact may be severe

I suspect there will still be a net migration of brain from largely conservative regions to largely liberal regions before the talent starts migrating to overseas societies. Past 15 years, my bet is on Korea, Singapore, and Hong Kong for net talent migration (euphoria with Dubai but may be shortlive

I wonder what will happen when FL is blasted by hurricanes for just three years. Will the state be able to retain even two thirds of its current population

I do not like to curse, particularly in public, but reading the article made my jaw drop, and I said "what a jackass". Unfortunately, these are the men who are face of our society. They really think women are their inferior and would be beholden to their whims and desires
