I agree with you sentiment 100% but this could take a decade or more to achieve unless the public at large has the appetite for significant spending on capital & training. Sadly they've been convinced that lower taxes (regardless of who benefits most) is much more important than a thriving economy.

I mostly track Twitter using carefully curated lists. It would be nice to go anywhere on Twitter knowing you would be seeing something at least half sensible. That's not possible so I subscribe to the idea that a campaign is set up to set an "abandon date" unless sensible controls are reinstated.
