This is an amazingly smug comment. A lot of people are here, recognizing that it's a smaller pond but preferring it because they find Twitter too toxic. That's not hard to understand. It's a different set of priorities. Pretending that everyone here is an activist confuses the issue.

You can see America as a nation built on a monstrous agenda of genocide, enslavement, apartheid. Or you can see America as a nation of people who - massacred, enslaved, disenfranchised - absolutely refused again and again to accept that agenda. I am so proud of that second nation.

Yes he is. And like Trump's hatred for NYC for being the first to see through him, Miller hates this deep blue city for deservedly hating him and all he stands for. As Terry Moran truthfully said, he's a hater who thrives on it.
