Can you dump your whole code, or the folder you are working on, on a markdown file and ask Claude to write you some Cursor rules. You can also add some cursor rules, as examples. Paste the result on a .cursorrules file. I noticed a difference using that.

Looks incredible, Reza… what are you using to generate the geometry? Three.js/p5.js? Something custom?

Reza, I’d suggest to go on a deep dive on the insane implementation techniques behind d3.geo. observablehq.com/@d3/world-ma... observablehq.com/@fil/hello-p... codepen.io/w8r/pen/MjgqMx

Thank you so much for your contribution, Michael. As an avid user of the Physical material, every bit of perf improvement goes a long way.

Are you “hot reloading” the tile from Blender?

Later, someone show me how to achieve a similar affect using shaders with masks. I can't find the .blend file... but it's just a single shape and the "color bands" are generated on the shader. It's cleaner, but a geometry version of these bands yields much better visual results, I think.

Thanks for sharing... I asked you because a couple of years ago, I was doing some 3D branding and I came across this unassuming issue with coplanarity that left me traumatized. I think, if I have to do this again, I'll use Geometry Nodes, to fully control all the aspects of the geometry generation.

Incredible, Jaume... any issues with coplanarity on the triangles?

I did something similar but instead of measuring text with canvas, I’m using the boundingRect from a hidden DOM element to ballpark.
