Yup. If they laid me off, they would very literally not have anyone to operate their loss prevention department. Literally shoot themself in the foot. But they also won’t pay me my value either. So my choice is to stay for low pay, or try to find a better paying job

That's not a me problem. That's a them problem. My supervisor kind of summed it up nicely. He and my colleague failed at covering me while I was out, so now my boss is embarrassed at his failure and trying to cover his ass by making it my fault I took time off in December.

Huh 🤔 I’ve been a pagan the majority of my life I rarely do spell work. It has to have a very specific purpose. Mostly just grounding, and holiday ritual. I’ve had good success with binding and cord breaking. 🤷
