A new era of social media is here, but is Bluesky publicly traded? Here's what you need to know: techcartel.net/is-bluesky-p...

If the system is rigged, then voting starts to feel meaningless. True democracy isn’t just about casting a ballot, it’s about having leaders who actually represent the people. If that’s been taken away, the real fight isn’t just about elections, it’s about taking back the system itself.

The Gaza GoFundMe spams, Gambia spams, Illuminati spams, OnlyFans spams, and Forex scams have all drastically reduced. Great job by the @bsky.app moderators in cleaning up the platform! 👏🏼

EXACTLY! Choosing to avoid politics does not mean politics will avoid you. Every decision made by those in power will still shape your future, with or without your input.

That is a fair point. Compared to tyranny, democracy is the better option. But Democracy still means living with decisions you may strongly disagree with, and that frustration is real. Democracy is worth it and the real challenge is how we handle its imperfections while making it work for everyone.

While democracy prevents a minority from ruling over the majority, it also comes with the complexity of collective decision-making. That’s not totally a flaw, just the nature of shared governance.

The downside of democracy? We all live with the consequences of choices made by others. Even if you voted differently, you're still impacted by decisions from leaders you didn't choose.

I'm dying laughing at this list! 😂

Go Team Nigeria! 💚🇳🇬

👀 Did you know about these awesome Bluesky tools? techcartel.net/9-tools-ever...

We talk about climate change like it's a future problem, but what if it's already here, and we’re just pretending it isn’t because it’s too hard to face?

This is 100% me as a kid in grade school 😂

POV: You’re a millennial realizing ‘I’ll do it tomorrow’ has turned into 14 years of unanswered emails and 3 abandoned gym memberships.

It begins July 11th. #Superman

This is truly important work, and it’s never been more urgent. I’ll share this with friends who might be a great fit. Best of luck finding the right minds!

Such a good point!

You disrespect yourself when you rekindle a relationship that humiliated you 🙏🏽

Some see squares. Others see circles. Our view of the world is limited, but the ability to see differently is always within us. What do you see?

Absolutely. Building trust with customers is a long-term investment, but it can all be undone by a single negative experience. A small act of negligence or poor service can leave a lasting impression, and once trust is broken, it's hard to rebuild. Every interaction counts.

Lots of examples out there. Loved my dentist but hated his rude front desk. Unfortunate but his competition was better so I moved.

True, everyone has off moments, but there’s a difference between being a little off and consistently rude. When it comes to customer service, the stakes are higher because they represent the brand. A bad day shouldn’t turn into bad service, it leaves lasting impressions on customers.

BRANDS, TRAIN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. THEY’RE THE FACE OF YOUR BRAND. I STOPPED USING A PRODUCT BECAUSE A SALES REP WAS RUDE TO ME OVER A SIMPLE QUESTION. BAD ATTITUDES DON’T JUST LOSE CUSTOMERS; THEY RUIN YOUR REPUTATION.

Instagram’s algorithm is wild. I follow people to see their content, but my feed is full of creators and celebrities I don’t even care about.

Today hits different. One day you're surrounded by lights, music, and holiday magic. The next, it's just... January. The vibe disappears so fast it feels like it was never even real.

Because the first question shifts the blame to the desperate, making their morality the focus, while the second question demands accountability from the powerful. It's easier to question survival than to challenge greed.

Privacy concerns with big tech aren't new. Google, among others, has faced lawsuits over misleading practices like "incognito mode" and data tracking. How much can we trust the devices that shape our lives? 👇🏽 amp.theguardian.com/technology/2...

Ever wonder why you see ads for things you just talked about on your phone? Turns out, 'Hey Siri' might’ve been listening a little too often. Time to ask tough questions about our tech. Details: arstechnica.com/tech-policy/...

Happy New Year, everyone! 🎉 Wishing you all a year full of happiness, health, and success.

The greatest trick society pulled was convincing us survival is success.

🎄✨ Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas filled with love, laughter, and joy.

City out here acting like they've still got their title-winning squad, but United just served them a reality check 😂
