Can someone read what the whitehouse.gov posted regarding the 14 Amendment. To me it looks like they rewrote the Constitutional Law with trumps birthright EO language. Posting it on a govt website for public to see. Is this legal?

WhiteHouse.gov has posted Trumps Birthright EO as Constitutional Law, manipulating and rewriting the 14 Amendment. Is this an impeachable offense? It’s 100% Unconstitutional. I don’t understand how this can be posted on a government website for the whole public to read.

Whitehouse.gov is posting Trumps Birthright EO as Constitutional Law. He has manipulated and rewrote the 14th Amendment and posted it for the public to read on a Govt website. How could this NOT be an impeachable offense? Can someone please explain?
