🤓☝️ For everyone asking about the distro: it doesn’t really matter. What you’re seeing is GNOME, the Desktop Environment. Many distros use GNOME—Debian, Fedora, Ubuntu, openSUSE, Arch… and so on. Just pick the distro and DE you’re comfortable with ✨💙
...
I use Arch, btw

Day 14! ☕ A coffee table~ I'm really proud honestly... by posting one model a day I'm learning to use blender and trying out new tools
Soon, I hope to start applying what I’ve learned to my games made with #Godot 👀 💙

Btw, I’m running out of ideas for future interior/room props. Any suggestions~? 👀

Day 8 is all about chairs 😅 I’m not very happy with today’s result. The first one looks too simple, and the topology of the second one... 😀 Let’s just not talk about it 🙏😆 see you tomorrow with a new prop! 🫶

That’s something that usually worked for me too. The problem is that lately, I can’t stick to a fixed time 😅 every day something unexpected comes up, or I have other important things to do...
But I’ll try to find a calmer hour and dedicate it exclusively to Godot 🤖 💙 Thank you so much for the tip!✨

No problems at all except for davinci, it works, yeah, but depend of your GPU, and the distro you choose will be a nightmare to set it up.
of course you'll always have another cool FOSS software like KDEnlive or Shotcut.

Maybe I'm wrong, but isn't this the 2D HDR from the Forward+ mode? In the project settings > viewport, you can enable HDR 2D, then use a world environment to apply this glow effect to in a canvas.
This is a screenshot I just made in Godot 4.3:
