The American mind simply cannot comprehend Europe. The food isn’t full of waste chemicals, the artefacts and buildings too old, the drinking too leisurely, the allowed time off work too plentiful, the culture too culturey, the thought of cities that are walkable too upsetting.

The REAL problem, is the production, promotion and wide scale availablity of this processed stuff. The public are simply eating what is available, affordable and tasty. They no control over virtually anything the 'mega' food industry does. The biggest cost ultimately, is that of personal health.

1100 O'clock in Costco, getting tyres. 100+ people in the cafe bit, all eating these, (not potatoes), which is of course, their choice. Illness, will eventually to be THE biggest money maker, hands down, for the 'care industry', which is why NO party, is trying to save the NHS anymore. ££££££ 😭

It’s great to see so many people leaving X. I had almost 300,000 followers there; a wonderful community of people who were speaking up about what’s happening to the NHS. But it became impossible to operate there because of changes Musk made. Lovely to connect again (and find others) here!💙
