See, that's a different topic. My idea of progress is if it's not covered on the other platforms, it won't be covered on this one. I'd like to have a platform where politics doesn't flood my feed because politics isn't my entire personality. Hence my original post.

Yeah, no one is doing anything by multiplying the platforms whining about the piece of shit in office. You just continue to flood the internet with more bad vibes and remove spaces for other conversation. But go on, this will just end up another dead zone on the internet in due time.

I dislike Trump and voted for Harris. With that, it would be nice if we held Newsom in California to the same standard that we hold Abbott in Texas. He has done nothing to change the ongoing climate issue is his relative state. Keep the same energy for everybody.

It's just indecisiveness. I've started off 2025 just deciding for finally watch things I think I *might* enjoy or were in my watchlist for the last year. Only disappointed once so far out of a handful of movies and 2 series.
Watch the thing. You can stop if you don't like it.

I agree with the sentiment completely. I also think there's something to be said about a game that is a bit gimmicky. If a lot of the appeal is the play on its predecessors, it probably should be disqualified for not being a purely original game.

Tactics is #1 for me. Not Final Fantasy: The War of the Lions, but if that's all that you find available, it will do. Dialogue is weird in that release as it's old english.

I love Final Fantasy. With that, I won't say which I don't advocate for, as I know I don't always love the same as others. The ones I think are absolutely a must play either for their plot, re-playability or both.
Final Fantasy VI
Final Fantasy Tactics
Final Fantasy VII
Final Fantasy VIII

That's disappointing to hear. I'm not sure how they fair the further they are, or maybe more accurately, if they're unique to the location.

Absolutely. It's such a great theater, I really hope they have good ideas in the works to make it profitable without totally screwing the fans who've been around.

I've experienced that at every theater since 2012. Everyone has dine-in options, except I paid for 18+ tickets at AMC only for children to be running around during Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. I'll take that small distraction anyday.

The post-lockdown culture of not going to movie theaters almost shut down the Dallas locations. I need them to make as much money as possible for my silent viewings and delicious snacks haha.

If any of the Alamo Drafthouse locations aren't too far, I'd try it one time. I exclusively go there now because there's a no tolerance rule for that stuff at the locations here in Dallas.

I'm currently getting refamiliar with React Native for an app and I tell you what. I wish I started developing it 6 months ago so it was fresh on my mind.

I did and didn't stop - it has been exclusively the way that I write for 24 years.
I have noticed it's at the detriment of my print, though. I have to write in all caps in print, or else I write very slowly and it may still not be all that legible.
