Since we’re talking about conference do’s & dont’s, my standard introvert advice: -Do your panel -Attend 1 other panel -Do 1 networking event (group event individual meeting) -Do 1 sightseeing thing. Do at least this and let go of the guilt. Recharging in your hotel room makes it sustainable.
