Update on the feral cats. They found and accepted the heated shelter (see the post below) and they were in it all night last night. They enjoyed fresh food, treats, and fresh water, (which is better than having to lick snow or ice when you're cold). It got to -3° here last night.

In addition to Congress being the place that makes the laws, pretty key thing, the constitution explicitly says Congress gets to create the postal system. It’s not left implied that that comes under law making generally. The President has no power to unilaterally abolish it and move it to commerce.
