The last few chapters of this book is very interesting to read right after finishing The Selfish Gene, overall 7/10

landing on the discover tab is like if the stadium fan cam locked onto you for a solid couple of hours and everybody else in the stadium walked over to you to tell you about their dietary restrictions

Now that I am back home in Taiwan for CNY vacay I realised the past few months had been so stressful that doomscrolling in bed the whole day feels privileged and therapeutic

It's good that there's a 25% tarriff on imported coffee now. This will incentivize people to purchase American coffee, grown in the New Jersey coffee forests

TIL I learned the term Machine Singularity Also today I’ve experienced (albeit brief) the scariest turbulence in my life, it almost felt like being inside a downburst

Please don’t even talk to me in the morning until I’ve had my coffee, 27 hours of alone time, several months by the seaside to ease my agonies, and many decades to wander the earth until the fabled blade of my ancestors can finally be reforged

When you’re in your 30s, you need to seriously consider everything at least 2-3 times, before you make the decision to book that 8 am flight
