To frame this as rage against the healthcare system diminishes the truth of it.
It's rage against all of the systems that are further enriching the wealthy while the rest of us suffer and stress and grind away just to stand still.

It's going to be really hard to fight anything when we keep acting like the millionaires and billionaires are just like the rest of us and didn't step all over us to get where they are.
Until we're allowed by our own party to get mad at them, nothing will change.

If only there were some democrats in office making these comparisons and then deciding to fuck all and release some reports.
I'm starting to think they're fine with how things are going. They're certainly not changing anything.

Republican men don't believe that sexual abuse exists because they don't believe women (or children) own the rights to their own bodies.

Pointing out their hypocrisy over and over and over and over and over and over and over again is pointless. It accomplishes NOTHING. They know what they're doing and they know WE know what they're doing. It doesn't matter.
Can we please put our energy somewhere else?

I reread a ton because I didn't have the mental capacity for new information. It was all about comfort and escapism.

I live in Oklahoma City, and it's easy sometimes to forget that those people live just a few miles away. The contrast between urban Oklahoma and rural Oklahoma is stark sometimes. And rural Oklahoma is largely why we're in the shape we're in.
