“What would you make with TPU?”
Bruh, do you even read your notifications here?
(I’m calling you “bruh” because you haven’t proven you are an official account; use your domain name in your handle!)

The search for Windows Media Player Classic, to install on my mother’s PC. She was (rightfully) too scared to install it on her own because her search engine results were full of questionable, unofficial websites.
Kagi only shows the results from the reputable/interesting websites.

If you’re using Photoshop, it saves proper PSD files if they weight less than 2 GB – if they weight more, it just gives up trying to give a structure to the file, and dumps everything as a large binary file (PSB).
If saving and loading times are too high, you could also save that wing file as PSB!

Neat! Now all the AI bros will be able to copy your art, since it’s going to be in Meta’s training set!

Yes, and that’s the idea behind Bluesky! Hosting your own data (website, PDS, etc.) and using the AppViews just to share content – all that preferably with your own domain.
As for multiple accounts, that’s the role of subdomains! I have @games.diti.me for instance.

As they say in their documentation, you can already self-verify by using your own domain name.

You’re always going to upset somebody. If they’re being toxic about it, they deserve to be blocked IMHO.

An URL shortener made by Kagi would only last while Kagi stays in business.

Hijacking this reply to also ask if it is normal that all your Etsy pages (outside of the small merch) are region-restricted!

Using a neutral search engine that doesn’t show you only what you want to see (Kagi), the top search result is www.iseecars.com/most-dangero....
Most dangerous first:
1. Hyundai
2. Chevrolet
3. Mitsubishi
4. Porsche
5. Honda
6. Tesla
7. Buick
8. Kia
9. Toyota
10. Nissan
I thought Tesla would be 1!

The process already exists, by means of DNS verification. Buy yourself a domain that uniquely identifies you (instead of depending on bsky.social), and set it up in your settings.

It’s not yet usable enough on iOS (mainly because it doesn’t handle the Back feature well – it doesn’t keep state so it always has a 1-second long lag before it can respond to events again), but it’s getting there. The support for Firefox extensions is dope.

As you just mentioned, there have been trials. Which means justice did its job. As long as the executive powers and the justice powers are separate entities in your country, justice can win.

The decision-makers who enabled this kind of shit deserve their personal administrative lives to be handled by AI too.

The features I really like from Fastmail:
– JMAP.
– Masked email using my own domain ([email protected]).
– Security keys (vitally important).
If you’ve got all three, I’ll probably switch!

You were in my Discover feed! I belong to a community of artists and they regularly get their face bitten by the Patreon leopards (“I didn’t know they would bite MY face”). 😁
I hope you feel nice too!

I prefer to use Apple Pay, sorry. And Patreon is an awful platform, they don’t deserve the money. I only fully support the artists if they’re on SubscribeStar or any other plateform that doesn’t impose their morals.

If you’re willing to pay for a search engine (so that their incentive is to deliver good search results to you), you should use Kagi! No AI in results.

Opossums have 13 nipples! One in the center, 12 arranged like the numbers on a clock.
It’s even used as an insult in the Poppy O’Possum webcomic! I love the fact that the artist comments that if you understand why it’s used, “you know way too much about opossums”. 😁

Yes. Bluesky has connections to venture capital and blockchain supporters, because it will need to become economically viable in several years. Twitter, too, was nice at the beginning.
ActivityPub (“Mastodon”) has flaws – mostly ergonomics –, but there’s a reason people use it!

Dayum, it took several hours to handcraft that post (using Bluesky’s API in my terminal)… and I only notice now that I made an English grammar mistake in the very first word of the images’ alternate text. 💀
