They are not equipped to govern. All they know how to do is oppose whatever Democrats are for.

Before a game, the road up to Dodger Stadium is bumper to bumper all the way down to surface streets like Sunset Blvd. I can only imagine the chaos if ICE were grabbing people out of their cars. Probably what they wanted. Chaos.

I’m not defending the Dodgers or attacking them because I don’t have all the facts. But for context, Dodger stadium is in a large park complex that also houses the Police Academy. And I also believe Frank McCourt still owns a large stake in the parking lots around Dodger stadium.

Trump and Project 2025 are far, far more serious threats to business because Trump does not want the rule of law and predictability that business needs. Ackman needs a history lesson.

Cataclysm. So it is essential to create, to be joyful when we can. To love. To play. So we can stay hopeful and believe in humanity. FIN

We can and should continue to march, to show up to witness ICE and protect our friends and neighbors. But know this is going to be a long slog, and it’s going to require massive and prolonged effort. And ridding ourselves of Trump and the Project 2025 authors will probably require some 4/

It’s already too late to stop him. He also keeps a very close circle of confidants. Only they know — truly — what he plans to do. But whatever he’s talking about publicly probably isn’t it. No one with any power has yet devised a way to parry Trump. Or if they have they’re not talking about it. 3/

Difficult to outmaneuver because people pay attention to what he says publicly — most of which is meaningless — and not what he does. When Trump wants to do something he puts himself in a position to do it and moves ahead. He doesn’t announce it to the world before it’s already in motion. 2/

Even if you believe it is righteous to grab undocumented migrants, stop for a minute and ask how soccer moms feel driving their kids to school or to the mall knowing there are gangs of armed men in masks terrorizing civilians. Because that’s what this is. Brown shirts. Like in Nazi Germany.

Hi, MJ. I’m not a NM peep anymore, but I still follow your roll call. I hope you’re safe.

The article says it’s not appropriating territory but about shifting responsibility for defense of Greenland to the US. It is opposed by Europe but has been expected. Still bad.

Looks heavenly. Green tea with lemonade by the water. And a book.

I pull Tarot cards every day. Here are today’s cards. Definitely stay safe. Keep your eyes and ears open. Be grateful for each other. From the gorgeous Moonchild Tarot by Danielle Noelle. (And I’ll be doing readings on the beach after No Kings.)

I’m born and raised in LA and spent a lot of my adult life there and have always used the article “the” with freeway numbers. It’s one of the tells when I try to give directions outside of LA.

It’s “the” 405.

Do your research. There have been vandalism and a few isolated incident with police in about 5 square blocks of a 500 square mile city. The city was not burning or out of control.
