I did not know sheep wag their tails. It makes me happy to learn that. 🐑😃

It does sound bird-like. Try Cornell's Merlin bird app. They've got a lot of good recordings.

I'm guessing they got wind of some good trouble and realized a lot of the ticket holders weren't going to show up.

The one on the left is more interesting, I think.
For some reason the pumpkin leaves and candy corn on the plate on the right remind me of holly patterns from a different holiday.

As soon as he started talking about building in America, I swear he turned to the camera and smiled, like he was talking to an audience of one, who was not in the room.

Didn't DOGE set up their own email server to send out those emails?
And, even if I'm misremembering, email systems, no matter how old, do not randomly send emails to people you didn't want to send them to.

For most families it's probably more like, "your kid doesn't need one or two dolls, they should be happy with a rock and a string".

True. I don't know as much about the parts and raw materials. But a lot of things are imported across all sectors.

Appliances, toys, small electronics, dishes, some clothing & shoes come from China. I think most of the clothing in the US is imported from Southeast Asia (lots of shirts from Vietnam in my wardrobe). A lot of building materials come from Canada & Mexico.

I stepped out my back door a few weeks ago and caught sight of a large bird flying up from ground level. As he circled around, I realized it was a bald eagle. He sat in a tree about 200 feet from my backyard eating his dinner before flying away with the leftovers.

I haven't seen the movie, but I thought the same about the book. Couldn't maintain suspension of disbelief at the ending.

34% lacking proficiency were born outside the US. I think they are talking specifically about English literary, so a large number could be highly literate in another language, but still learning English.
