I found that technique recently. When using a laptop in different monitor situations, Windows sometimes remembers window positions that were on monitors that aren't in the current monitor config.

I think it is possibly an indication that corporations have figured out how to still make profits even with tariffs. It could be similar to how ACA was going to damage healthcare corporate profits, but then they figured out how to still profit. Consumers will probably bear the expense.

I never actually have gotten to play a laserdisc before. I remember seeing a few in the store as the format was dying out. My understanding is that it was basically an analog signal format laser-etched on the disk master and read by laser, before DVD digital video became practical.
