So many barriers to fixing it. Lots of doctors happy to do extra theatre lists on Saturday but trusts won't pay team overtime rates. Sometimes it all works out but there's no beds.
majority of gynaecology surgery needs daycare or 1 night stay, need to shift to working outside acute hospital
