Put up the f*****g minimum wage! You will raise standards of living and a 💩of tax! Look at Washington state. Make work pay!!!!!!

Pay farmers for scrub! If you get the price point right you will get virgin forests. Farming is a business and all business do the same thing (make money). The other logic is stop all subsidies, farmers leave and the land will rewild, but you will just get 1000s of 🦌. Society gets what it pays for!

Remember asking a family friend “how do you deal with being diagnosed ?” “life is paused” “it’s like when you press pause on a old video recorder, the picture stays for people to see, but you cant press play till your out the other side” 🙏 VD 4 being one of the few left holding power 2 account.

Till Ry*nAir came along you paid 100s for flights. In 1993 I used to pay £400- £500 return to Amsterdam. London was £130 in 1987. They can be petty, but the made air travel accessible!

Correct me if I am wrong. 70% of all the money invested in stocks in the world is invested in Wall Street. The magnificent 7 are 30+% of the S&P 500. It’s capital flows not tax that should worry the new administration. Is there a ⬇️

If you want to redistribute wealth, put up the minimum wage to £15 It would encourage people back to work! Filter out “slave wages” Encourage investment in automation which will improve productivity and boost the economy.. Ask Washington state.

You should leave your account open. It’s like an old car abandoned in a car park. It takes a space and they will have to remove it eventually.

So far AI only seems to make efficiencies for individuals (makes the job easer). Do you expect “disruption” to kick in where there will be role replacement and when?

It’s a cultural thing. You can blame Tatcher, the unions (70s & now). Everyone is playing a zero sum game! Adversarial, politics, law & business. The UK would succeed if it embraced real social partnership. Interesting Ted⬇️ www.ted.com/talks/nick_h...

Did you know: “In 1847, the Choctaw nation of Oklahoma made a donation of $170 to help people suffering thousands of kilometres away in the Irish famine. The gift would be worth tens of thousands of dollars in modern terms.”

Media in the Information Age is regulating itself. Editorial bias had made many good journalists into just reporters. The cream always comes to the top!! Keep up the good work!!

Kinda sorry didn’t get the actual book as you can touch the story and the people. Makes me want to see the Eider duck nests for myself and see if that life still exists.

I got the audiobook and it’s a great tale of things I could relate to. Highly recommended!

Why don’t you just buy them from the UK NHS? some drugs are 1000s% lower in costs. They could use the money to subsidise their free health care system. Win win!!
