Oops, looks like you're exactly correct! My fault for believing some guy's online post without checking.

What have they done to indicate bending, haha. Yhe met with Trump to interview him on background. That's the job of journalists from every reputable news organization. If they refused to meet with him, that would be indicative of people not interested in that job

David's joke was not "that objectable" as it was a throwaway spur of the moment wisecrack. But it implied that Fox is rife with drunken journalists, and Mika appropriately called it out as "flippant", which was certainly not indicative of any fearfulness of Trump.

I'm guessing many commenters here did not watch Joe's "rant" earlier. It was very clear that he's doing his job, not fearful of Trump, and Mika's dialing back of David Frum's joke yesterday was appropriate.

Hegseth should release her from the NDA he made her sign. Then she can say it publicly

I heard his joke broadcast live, and i was surprised as it implied that Fox News presenters are often drunk. It's somewhat funny, but im not surprised that the producer had Mika dial it back saying there are good people at that network. Seemed a decent thing she said.

No, Michael, I bet she does NOT know, or care. And if she did know, it wouldn't change anything.

In tennis it means your opponent made a shot that you're expected to handle but you muffed it. In cases like politics, I dont see what a "forced" error would be, hence my asking what makes it unforced.

Great observation, Kurt. One question, however...what makes this error "unforced" vs a basic error in judgement?
