Well the intent with MSF wasnt to make it a PMC, that was Kaz's dream. It's why BB cuts him loose in V. As for child soldiers, that was established since the second entry in the series, it was sort of an obligation by that point. Plus, BB was a child soldiers, so it can be argued it was normalized.

I think he does fine if he's invested enough. With 4, he only made that game because people sent him death threats. But to contrast, Peace Walker was fun, well paced, and had a charming cast of characters. He wasn't even slated to direct Peace Walker, but as a producer he just got so invested in it.

Yeah, but with MGS4 it was a game he only made cause of death threats. Peace Walker was a game he actually was excited for and it was much better paced and very interesting.

Well DSOne did good sales wise, enough to warrant a sequel. Especially after lockdown had so many people giving it another chance, leading to it being much better regarded in modern day.
