That is the green light the Administration was looking for: to be able to say the Court has no power to _command_ a result in a situation in which Trump has sent a body to a foreign nation. It's going to take some time, but folks will soon realize how horrifying this decision is.

The Court ruled that the foreign dictator has both physical and legal custody of the body he was sent by Donald Trump, and that while Donald Trump should make an effort to convince the dictator to send the body back, the Court will not _order_ him to because this is a "foreign affairs" matter.
