Donald Trump does NOT want you to share this footage of his pathetically tiny birthday parade crowd.

This was just posted by Elon Musk. (Not a joke)

Your choices, your actions, that’s what makes you who you are. #Superman - Only In Theaters and Imax July 11.

Mike Waltz has left the chat.

Plenty of politicians on both sides of the aisle feel threatened by rising class consciousness.

Here we go! @kateconger.com was verified - not by Bluesky but by the NYTimes, one of the "trusted verifiers" Gonna keep saying it: a healthy digital society should distribute power!

BREAKING Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth shared detailed information about forthcoming strikes in Yemen on March 15 in a private Signal group chat that included his wife Jennifer, brother, and personal lawyer. Full Story: bit.ly/44FF6xY

Exclusive: Immigrants falsely labeled dead by the Social Security Administration are showing up at field offices with documents proving they are alive, leading staff to reinstate nearly three dozen people over the past week, according to records obtained by The Post.

I've seen enough: Democratic Supreme Court Justice Allison Riggs has just won, provided NCSBE interpretation of NC Court of Appeals ruling holds. Math is no longer there for Griffin to overcome 734-vote deficit. Still need court confirmation before 100% calling. #ncpol

Oh dear you’re going to want to read this. Looks like DOGErs were caught exfiltrating NLRB data, likely on unions, for private (seemingly Elony) use. This is must read. What we’ve all suspected. But now details. www.npr.org/2025/04/15/n...

COMING UP: At 4 p.m. ET, Judge Xinis is set to hold a hearing on the government's efforts -- or lack thereof -- to facilitate the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia. I'll be there along w/ my colleague @rparloff.bsky.social. After the hearing, we'll discuss live: www.lawfaremedia.org/article/lawf...

New justification for not returning Abrego Garcia just dropped, in a declaration from an ICE official: designating MS-13 as a terrorist org overrides the immigration court order barring his removal It's the latest in several shifting arguments for why the govt cannot and will not try to return him

BREAKING: The Supreme Court will require the Trump administration to "facilitate" the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia. s3.documentcloud.org/documents/25...

LOL -- after White House officials said earlier in the day that Elon Musk would not be at today's cabinet meeting, there he is!

The Associated Press wins reinstatement to White House events after judge rules government can’t bar its journalists, citing the 1st Amendment.

Luckily, the Chinese won’t respond to a 67% tariff in any way whatsoever, right?

I don’t do this often and promise not to make a habit of it, but just this once: WE TRIED TO WARN YOU!!!!!

Good day to remember that a US President has no inherent power over tariffs whatsoever. It’s not like war powers or pardons. It’s entirely delegated by Congress to deal with emergencies. GOP Congress cld modify that law tonight and bring this to a screeching halt.

It's not a bad idea to go to the local Walmart or big box retailer and buy lots of consumables now. From toothpaste to soap, anything you can find storage space for, buy before they have to replenish inventory. Even if it's made in the USA , they will jack up the price and blame it on tariffs.

BREAKING President Trump has told his inner circle that Elon Musk will be leaving soon and taking a supporting role going forward.

Crawford currently running ahead of her county-level benchmarks by about 3 points. That would indicate a close victory, if it holds. docs.google.com/spreadsheets...

Some really bad swings on the economy for Trump in the new CBS poll. In January, 42% thought they’d be better off under his policies on the economy. Now just 23% say they are, and 42% say they’re worse off. And almost as many people blame him for inflation now as Biden.

As of Friday, there have been 46 cases in which federal judges have blocked Trump policies. The rulings in those cases have come from 39 different judges appointed by 5 different presidents (of both parties) to 11 different district courts across 7 different circuits. Maybe it's not the judges?

Trump on his cabinet members using Signal to text war plans to a reporter: "I don't know anything about it. I'm not a big fan of The Atlantic. To be it's a magazine that's going out of business. But I know nothing about it. You're saying that they had what?"

Donald Trump is at war with the rule of law. The center is not holding, and the flanks are collapsing. Congress is fleeing the field. www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archiv...

Worth reiterating that when Donald Trump calls for the "impeachment" of federal judges, he's talking to a movement with a very recent history of very real political violence, and his audience understands the message loud and clear ballsandstrikes.org/law-politics...

JUST IN: Arizona Representative Raul Grijalva has died from his battle with cancer.

This man is radicalizing some of your sons. Hopefully you won’t find out when it’s too late to do anything about it.

Anna Matson, a huge RFK Jr fan and defender, weighs in on how Tesla owners are being treated.

Cool so what happens if GOP attach a national abortion ban to a CR? You'll vote for that too? 🚮

Among the material devastation to everyday people, Senate Dems have now blown a hole in their ability to work with the House. We had an agreed upon plan, House took immense risk, then Senate turned around midway and destroyed it w/ a fear-based, inexplicable abdication. They own what happens next.

CALLS ARE WORKING - it has bought us precious time, but we NEED to keep the pressure up. Tomorrow is the cloture vote. KEEP CALLING: (202) 224-3121 ☎️☎️☎️ Tell your Dem Senator to vote NO on Cloture and NO on the Republican spending bill. Do NOT assume your Senator will be good on this. Trust me.

I guess Senate Democrats saw all those Republicans getting screamed at in town halls and felt left out. Have fun with it, folks. I wouldn’t eat any food in a restaurant anytime soon if I were you. Certainly not in DC.

If you need a reason, cite this: the bill will zero out $23B in Healthcare for veterans exposed to toxic burnpits, heroes with cancer, respiratory diseases, and other ailments. ❌️NO on cloture ❌️NO ON THIS FILTHY CR!

UPDATE: Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-NY, said he plans to vote for a Republican bill to fund the government through September, paving the way for other Democrats to join him.

pathetic. primary this man

This is correct. In addition to all the other grave consequences of this bill it essentially defunds a big chunk of local DC government.

Don't think for a second that this is just on Schumer and Gillibrand. The majority of Senate Democrats genuinely agree with them. If they didn't, they would simply remove Schumer and Gillibrand from their leadership positions. The fact that they allow them to remain leaders is what matters.

This is not good. Come. On.
