Many of the people downplaying prison rape are, with the other side of their mouth, decrying support of Luigi because people are cheering for violence. But sure, the countless rapes occuring on our watch every day is just a part of the system we need to accept 🙄

Base architects have learned to take advantage of this by building more compact kennels into the same space. They're smaller than imperial regulations call for personal quarters, but oddly no designer has heard any complaints...

Likewise I don't have the bandwidth unfortunately, but I think that's a really compelling idea tbh. At the very least that could be a good strategy for getting more renter protections on the books to help mitigate some of the incoming damage.
