Excited about this. The history of Muybridge's chronophotography and related animation technologies are the foundation of all motion image technology today and an essential part of the origins of comics. My new book also features an image of Muybr.'s motion photos reproduced in Japan in the 1890s.

Maybe the ascendancy of the far right has more to do with the ultra rich being in control of most of the information most people consume and with everyone being actively indoctrinated with nationalism and passively with sexism and racism from an early age on than with anyone being too mean to men?
