Have further avoided drawing normal things by drawing a seven circuit on the back of an old chess board. Thinking of painting it gold.

Have given up straight lines and am drawing my little circuits and watching 1995 Pride and Prejudice. Massive 11th grade energy.

Elicia, you have drawn entire architectural renderings freehand. You are a master mason in your mind. Get a grip.

A helmet AND a chemical personification. Hello this is amazing.

I accidentally quoted instead of just replying so I'm replying again! Nectar is only food. Bees build with wax, which they produce on their bellies in their beeswax complex (the little mechanical airplane flaps you see on bees) and chew it first to soften.

I don't know enough about pigeons. I'd say it's more like the crop in ants, though. I think the bird crop was identified first, and it's just called that in bees because it seems similar. But in evolutionary terms, they're too far apart.

If I were a honeybee I'd be annoyed by the human memes about me.

Bees have a foregut called a crop. They store nectar there & regurgitate it when they return to the hive. Nectar in the crop is never digested. Bees do eat nectar and honey! They also eat flowers, fungus, insect eggs, and pollen. But what they eat goes in their actual stomach not their crop.

Labyrinths are unicursal. Mazes are multicursal. Most of us sign our names unicursally.

I mean that lovingly. Mr. Whelan has been my art escape since I was a little critter huddled up in a corner chair at the public library.

I think this reply reveals a wish many of us have, which is that tech should improve lives FIRST. Of course AI/algos are good accessibility tools—that are being unethically misused.

Fair enough. You showed up in my notifs & I responded from there without checking first, so that's my bad. I'll take down my response. I hope Brendan knows you and appreciates the perspective 👍
