Exactly. They are not the party in power so they’re limited to using the courts. But even when judges rule in their favor, compliance and enforcement is a problem.

Right? Canada has 10 provinces and 40 million people spread out over a larger land mass than the U.S.! Think they’d be fine with 2 senators and 52 house representatives?? Haha! California has similar population and THEY are talking about secession.
