I still want to figure out how to teach them about how AI draws from existing online sources, and ends up missing out on many perspectives. Still trying to figure out a way to make that idea accessible to them.

I've been teaching my grade sevens about how Google AI can hallucinate fake information, like in the article below. They seemed to get the point when we made up our own idioms and it made weird answers. This helped, along with talking about what makes a source reliable. www.cnet.com/tech/service...

I was forwarded an email about this today and ended up sending a letter in support of the bill. It looks like there are a lot of people presenting tonight.

I was pretty happy to see that party not listed on my ballot in my riding this year.

I was hoping that he'd fade into obscurity, but no such luck I guess.

The last time I discussed him with students, the girls in my class were loudly disgusted with him. The boys were somewhat quieter.

It was pretty close during the last election, if I recall correctly.

Thank you for the answer!

I still don't have an answer! Maybe it's a hockey thing?

I suppose I should be glad that when we watch the occasional YouTube video at school, the ads are mainly for Grammarly or cleaning products.
