Hilda owns what she called an unreasonably big (M) Townhouse in the Empyreum. Originally she was granted a small piece of land for aiding in the reconstruction in Ishgard, which served as her home for over a year, until she (or rather I) got unreasonably lucky.

Officially, Gale lives in the Borel Manor. But he has a side house that he and Aymeric can retreat to in Empyreum. It's open secret that they stay there. They know Gale will maul them if anyone wants to bother Aymeric. Interior is LB because I liked the wood look more for what I wanted. #galelore

Mistral and Mistralt do have their own house in Gridania, purchased with the financial assistance of friends. The upper floor is still a comfy sitting/sleeping area, but the basement is their combination workshop/laboratory. Sadly, they haven't figured out how to fit in a kitchen yet...
