The common side effects are the usual ones, i.e. - GI upset (nausea, stomach upset), insomnia, dry mouth, lightheadedness, etc.

Even though she was unresponsive, she was still conscious. As the CPR continued and blood began flowing again, she looked at me. She couldn't speak, but the pain and fear in her eyes was obvious.
All I could do was continue the CPR and apologize through tears while I waited for the paramedics.
