I feel like if I bring up long Covid to my (newish) PCP that she will forever label me a hypochondriac. On the migraine front, I saw a headache specialist for the first time and they recommended that my pain doctor add occipital nerve blocks and trigger point injections in addition to Botox.

We think my cat Dobby had a stroke. He couldn’t eat for several days (almost like he forgot how) but he started eating today. I almost fell over in shock. I’m starting to have hope that he will be with us longer than we thought earlier this week. Here’s a picture from a more carefree time. #cats

Took Dobby to the emergency vet last night. He was falling over, not eating, and missed badly on a jump he normally makes. They found a heart murmur (which is brand new - he had a vet appt this summer and they didn’t find anything), an enlarged left ventricle, and something shiny in his intestines.

Currently resting with my cat Dobby. We are watching the Premier League (football/soccer). It’s been a few days since my Vyepti infusions for my migraines and I don’t really feel a difference. 😕 also having a lot of upper back spasms #MigraineChat

Looking at my symptoms holistically has me wondering if my pineal cyst is symptomatic. Most neuros don’t think they do anything but more people are having brain surgery to remove them and they feel so much better afterwards.

My migraines have been (even more) hellish recently. I start Vyepti Tuesday - scared but also hopeful that this will help me. I’m tired of the pain & tired of the brain fog with the worst migraines. My fatigue is also worse. I have CF in my chart but not sure if that’s CFS or not. #migrainechat

Anyone else having a brain/fibro fog day? It’s so bad I kept trying to go in the exit at the grocery store and did the opposite on the way out. I keep forgetting what I was going to do. If fibromyalgia isn’t a progressive disease, then why is everything getting worse?

#fibro anyone else overdo things yesterday & are paying for it today? So much pain (but surprisingly no migraine) & exhausted. Barely slept (tossing & turning all night). Currently resting in bed with my cat & catching up on Paranormal Caught on Camera & shopping (bought a new mattress from Costco!)

Sent a message to my Dr about a new symptom - transient aphasia. Since I’ve never had it before and it’s also a symptom of a stroke, they said I need to go to the ER. So my mom is currently driving me there and I’m trying not to have a panic attack. #MigraineChat
