Basically, everyone has adopted uncritically this idea that the people who are leaving this county are those exposed to the PFA tax, which just isn't borne out by the data. Sure, some very rich people do leave, but they are outliers. Most people go to adjacent counties and are not exposed to the tax

This is apparently a trick someone online found in old CIA files: take 5 deep breaths, then slowly count to 20. Repeat as needed. My go-to is my own invention: I name the US states in alphabetical order, their capital, and where they are on the map. I almost never get to Wyoming!

Seconding this! Love sleep buds. Soundcore automatically switches from Bluetooth to white noise when it senses you’re asleep. And you can set an alarm that plays right in your ears. A true game changer in my life
