Yes! I can’t wait to get to the part where the resistance rises.

Ok. I am looking for the U.S. to protest against the unfair tade war against our country. A Canadian.

They can’t. You are the biggest country with the most money and weapons. You need to do something. We need to defend ourselves.
comment in response to post
That’s not going to happen. I hope Americans have a plan. You are the only ones who stand a chance. We have to defend ourselves now.

We don’t want this. Memes are not enough! Get angry.

Truly hope the citizens of America are getting angry. If only because Canada is doing what we can, and we will stand up for ourselves, but the attempt to crush of our economy is going to hurt both of us.

Memes are not enough. I hope all concerned people have a strategy in the wings! Canada is next on the block. We will stand up for ourselves. It would be great if we didn’t stand alone.

He didn’t want other people to know how to get around the rules. What a gem.

I sure hope so!

Please. Democrats couldn’t organize their way out of a box, let alone coordinate incidents of staged rage across red states.

I’m so sorry I missed this!

This is exactly what is needed.

Interesting angle to raise in the context of being a good ally and member of the commonwealth.

This was a terrible mistake and offensive to every Canadian (I hope). It was renounced, fully denounced and someone lost their job. That’s what it means to be an ally.

I know who it is. You will want to clarify exactly what it is you are trying to say by linking Canada’s Armed Forces during WWII and the picture of this nazi.
comment in response to post
That’s awful. It really is. I’m sorry.

Is there another source for this? It’s too ridiculous. I mean, we’re not dealing with kindergarteners here…

Seriously? Do you sleep through every November 11? During World War II, approximately 1.1 million Canadians served in the armed forces. Of those who served, about 45,000 Canadians were killed, and approximately 55,000 were wounded.

I am furious about Starmer’s reaction to that question. An absolute dishonour to the memory of many of our grandparents who fought in WWII.

Then they should open a book, disabuse themselves of that idea by opening a book or paying more attention in history class. The ‘US appendage’ aka Canada, is full of the grand children of WWII veterans. Lives marked for ever, for real and for generations.

Canada deserved better.

Starmer’s dismissive comment set off a chill in me I won’t soon forget. My grandma was from Croydon. She met my Canadian grandfather while he was serving overseas in WWII. I am furious on their behalf and on behalf of my mom and her sisters, who grew up in the aftermath…in Canada.

I heard the same thing you did. It was loud and clear to me.

And Canada? What say you about that?

You have never before had so much focused concern and affection from the American people. You all labored away in relative obscurity, so if this situation has done anything good at all, it has exposed how important you Federal workers are and how much we value you.

What people understand to be "socialsim" in this country is literally just liberalism everywhere else in the world. Our political spectrum is skewed so far to the right in this country, proposing basic human rights and amenities and care is deemed as radical.

Time to go back to analog.

Absolutely inexcusable.
