With the Switch 2 launching soon, I was reminded of this cool series of Japanese ads that counted down to the PS2's release back in 2000. Watching all these little vignettes of people just quietly anticipating the PS2 are really effective at making the release feel momentous.

I played through Creepy Redneck Dinosaur Mansion 3 over the weekend and had a lovely lil time. It is almost impossible to explain the premise and yet very intuitive to actually play. I audibly laughed several times. Recommended!
