The next shoe to drop is reporting or earnings quality on American exchanges. Cuts to SEC will foment loss of confidence and capital flight from U.S. markets.

Great work! It is a very interesting time to be involved in a non-US university at that level. Must be a ton of opportunities for talent, positive change etc.

Do you have a link? Stuff like this is fine, but without a link can be construed as “misinformation”

Or losing your 401k, oh wait! Move to bonds “they’re safe”…then move to bonds and lose your investment. Oh wait, you don’t need to enter the U.S. to do that.

This, on a side note…most people may own Tesla through 401k, RRSP etc. look at your holdings and if Tesla is there call your fund manager, finance guy/gal and tell them to divest you of this stock. Ideology aside this thing is a shit bag of poor fundamentals with garbage FSD. Going to 30-50$.

My 2c as someone who works in industry…it’s basically a tax on pollution, people think that there is some sort of production cap on oil sands but this is false. It’s an emissions cap good to 6billion barrels a day… In effect we need some variation of pricing to trade with Europe.

Twitter on paper is worth at most 1b$ Tesla given assets about 30-40$ or 15x PE. That’s with a generous valuation of their incredibly shitty tier 1 self driving.
