The feed accepts content from contributors posting science or imagery they create themselves. When I checked your feed I didn't see that type of content. If you start posting this type of content reapply in a few weeks.

No disrespect intended. I checked your feed and there wasn't anything astronomy related originated by you. You can still monitor the feed, or use the #astronomy hash tag if you post something you create related to astronomy. You can always apply again when you start posting astro content.

Wow. I stand corrected. The last one I went to was in Denver and it was a smaller crowd. I signed up for EFF and still have my card. I remember the day I turned off my board. By that point I was getting less than one visitor a day. Internet killed the BBS star!

Back in the day I ran a Wildcat BBS. This was a wonderful annual event, and at its peak attracted nearly a thousand people to the conference.

Well I am glad your running it for the feed! I appreciate it.

It's interesting you went that direction. Years ago I moved to a managed cloud environment after having migrated from 80 linux/windows servers. At that level the costs were higher than the cloud solution due to needing a full time sysop. I am glad I am retired from that madness...

I started out my amateur journey doing astrophotography with film, and then digital cameras 25 years ago. It was interesting but the endless arguments about color drove me to photometry. And now I am learning spectroscopy with a Whoopshel. Light is fascinating. Great video!

Did you have issues with stars looking a bit like an oval before you installed this? I have a similar setup on my SCT at home, and have a ZWO T2 Tilt adjuster. It's not fun to work with and am wondering if this click lock solution might be better suited for fixing tilt issues.

Past history predicts a likely event in the next few years. Nova tend to be fairly predictable when they have a past history.

That star is supposed to explode soon and I am recording its brightness every night possible to catch pre-indications of the event. I run this scope at Great Basin National park and teach people how to do this type of analysis. If you like watching paint dry, you love this stuff!!! Ad Astra!

You're headed in the right direction. I no longer can moderate your application, you need to reapply and another moderator will evaluate your entry. Make sure to add a credit for the photos that aren't your own and that will help with approval. Ad Astra.

Right. All the feeds work that way as far as I know. You can follow them freely, but posting to them is limited to those that are approved to post. Another method is tagging, but its not widely used.
