A lil push reminder for my people who need some movement in our bodies. I know how difficult it can be to get up and out for a walk or any movement at all based on so many different things. Move where and when you can. For my wheelchair and walker friends we are in this together. On the move!

As someone who has been inviting people to take collective action with me since I was a teenager, it's important not to get discouraged when ppl don't take up your invitations. Folks join & don't join things for TONS of reasons that have nothing to do with you. Don't take it personally. Keep pushing

Quick mango and avocado cut up with a squeeze of lime will light up something on the inside. It really works. Your eyes love it, then your nose, taste buds and finally your stomach. A little salt for those that are ok to eat salt. It’s the quick little things that help us feel good.
